  • WhatsApp message: To complete your request, you send the ready-made message from your own WhatsApp account; this is how the message and your phone number reach us.

  • Technical logs: Server logs such as IP address, browser information and access times, for the security of the site.

No payment is taken on our website and no card details are requested; payment is made at the hotel during your stay.

  • To prepare for your stay and answer your questions;
  • To fulfil our legal obligations;
  • To send you our campaigns and announcements, if you have given explicit consent;
