Why choose an aparthotel in Izmir?

An aparthotel gives you the space and independence of your own apartment together with the services of a hotel. You can cook a simple meal, keep your shopping in the fridge and put your feet up on the corner sofa, while the 24-hour reception and daily housekeeping, with fresh bed linen and towels, take care of the rest. It works well when a standard hotel room feels too small and renting a flat would mean too much to organise.

What is in each apartment?

All 16 apartments are studios or one-bedroom suites (1+1), and each one has:

• a kitchenette with kitchenware, a fridge, an electric kettle and a coffee machine
• a minibar, TV and air conditioning
• a seating area with a corner sofa and armchair
• a hairdryer, with an iron available free of charge from reception

Hotel apartment or rented flat?

In a rented flat you would normally set up electricity, water and internet yourself and do your own cleaning. Here, all of that is included – the Wi-Fi is 1000 Mbps fibre – so there are no separate bills. Your stay also includes free drinking water (large bottles), tea and coffee, plus free covered parking with valet service, and the building has 24/7 CCTV and a secure entrance. Royal Palace is on a quiet residential street in Kuruçeşme, a neighbourhood of Buca on the south-eastern side of Izmir. The O-30 ring road is approx. 3 km away, Konak Clock Tower in the city centre approx. 9 km and Izmir Adnan Menderes Airport approx. 20 minutes. How do I book an apartment?

Choose your dates on the booking page to see which apartments are available and what your stay will cost, fill in a short form and send the prepared message from your own WhatsApp. Our reception team replies on WhatsApp to confirm. There is no payment on the website: you pay at the hotel.
